A 38-year-old of Sardinian origin was arrested in Pescara on charges of ill-treatment and sexual violence.

The disputed facts were committed in Pesaro between 2013 and 2016.

The man was sentenced, but the sentence was suspended. Then the judge decided to revoke the suspension decree and then the carabinieri tracked him down, on Christmas day, at the home of his new partner, putting handcuffs on his wrists.

Three years is the amount of the sentence he will have to serve in prison.

The doors of the Ancona prison have therefore opened for him.
