Sentenced to 11 years and 10 months definitively for the massacre in Corinaldo (Ancona), where on 8 December 2018 six people died following an attempted robbery with pepper spray in a nightclub, he graduated in law at the University of Bologna, but after the ceremony he disappeared without a trace.

As reported by Corriere di Bologna, Andrea Cavallari, 26, one of the members of the spray gang, has been missing since Thursday. Originally from Bassa Modenese, he was detained in the Dozza prison serving the sentence he was sentenced to for the events that occurred at the Lanterna Azzurra in Corinaldo.

A few years ago he began studying legal science at the University of Bologna and graduated. The supervisory magistrate authorized him to leave to defend his thesis, without the escort of the prison police and accompanied by his family. After the ceremony, however, he disappeared and is untraceable.

Cavallari was arrested in August 2019 by the Ancona Carabinieri together with other members of the gang he belonged to, accused to varying degrees of multiple unintentional homicide, theft, robbery and personal injury, for having sprayed pepper spray in order to rob spectators at a Sfera Ebbasta concert.
