Rome: Building collapses after explosion; injuries reported.
Rescue operations in action at Ponte Galeria

A building collapsed following an explosion in the Ponte Galeria area of Rome. It occurred on Via Tavagnasco.
Initial reports suggest the explosion affected three buildings. Firefighters and police were on site.
At the moment there are two serious injuries and around seventy people on the streets.
