He was intubated and taken to the intensive care unit.

According to the first investigations in the restaurant there would have been a dispute over waiting times, then the shooting against the 23-year-old chef of the restaurant. In the video of the video surveillance system we see the young man on the ground seeking shelter behind the counter, while the attacker with uncovered face shoots him hitting him in the back and then walks away.

The victim's girlfriend, an employee of a nearby bar, arrived on the spot and accused of an illness: she was rescued by the Red Cross doctors.
