Also this year a few hundred people gathered in Mussolini's hometown, Predappio, in the province of Forlì-Cesena, to commemorate the 99th anniversary of the March on Rome, a historic fact that led the king to entrust Mussolini with the task of form a new government thus beginning twenty years of totalitarianism.

About 700 nostalgic people marched with a large tricolor flag to the cemetery where the crypt where the Duce is buried is located. Mirko Santarelli, president of the Ravenna section of the National Arditi of Italy, who organized the initiative, took the floor at the cemetery.

"In article 1 of the Constitution we talk about work - said Santarelli - instead with the Green pass it is preventing those who do not have it from going to work". Then he invited the participants not to make the Roman salute, but to remember Mussolini by putting a hand on his heart.

At the end of the ceremony the appeal "Camerata Benito Mussolini" was pronounced three times, to which the participants replied "present". At the end of the day, a visit to the crypt of the Duce.
