Most of them in Lombardy, where they were 72, then: Emilia Romagna 68, Lazio 66, Campania 60, Veneto 46, Tuscany 44, Sicily 43, Liguria 37, Puglia 35.

In Rome there were gatherings and firecrackers were thrown from above on passersby in front of the Colosseum metro station. The Local Police has banned the area of Largo Gaetana Agnesi, in the center of the capital. There were also reportedly numerous children present at the entrance to the metro station when firecrackers were thrown from above. No injuries were recorded.

In the province of Naples, a 47-year-old man, originally from Carbonara di Nola, has lost an eye for firecrackers. The injured person was first transported to the hospital in Sarno, in the Salerno area, and then to that of Nocera Inferiore where he was hospitalized. Two other people were also rescued in Sarno: a young man who reported a ten-day prognosis for burns from a firecracker explosion and a 21-month-old child who was medicated for a mild burn caused by a Christmas star. , reporting a prognosis of seven days. Also in Naples, the Carabinieri of the radio-mobile nucleus intervened in the Mercato district for a fire in an apartment on the fourth floor. In the apartment there was a man, who remained unharmed and visited by the medical staff: from the first investigations it seems that the causes of the fire are due to a pyrotechnic fire that entered the room through a window left open.

In Campania, a total of 14 people were injured for the barrels, data in sharp decline compared to those of previous years.

Quiet night in Milan : since 10.30 pm the police have made people flow from the center of Piazza del Duomo towards the northern arcades and the gallery and towards the southern ones and the Arengario, to avoid gatherings on the churchyard, with a large deployment of agents.
