The 56-year-old essentially said she found her husband "in those conditions." The lawyer also noted the significant difference in physical prowess between the woman and the man.
Yesterday afternoon, given her condition, Scarpante was taken by ambulance to the Sant'Orsola hospital, then she was interrogated.
