Mohamed Galloul was sentenced to 30 years in prison for the death of Alice Neri .
This is the sentence of the Assize Court of Modena against the 30-year-old Tunisian, found guilty of killing the young mother from Ravarino in the countryside of Concordia, in the Modena area , in November 2022.
The prosecutor's request was granted, which considers the evidence against Galloul to be overwhelming: he was the one who got into the victim's car on the night between November 17 and 18, 2022, in the parking lot of a bar in Concordia. His DNA was found on the handle of the used oil canister found at the crime scene , which, according to the prosecution, was used to set fire to the vehicle and then to Alice's body. Galloul himself then fled abroad a few days later and was captured in France almost a month after the crime.
