Drama of loneliness in Mantua. The victim was a 53-year-old former DJ.

The man had gone to the attic of his apartment, in the city center, where he lived alone, to get some objects but was struck by an illness that killed him. No one noticed for five days until a tenant of the building, who smelled a bad smell along the stairs, alerted the police.

For five days no one had seen Maurizio Braglia, a well-known DJ who then had to stop his activity due to illness. He had contact with few people, including his brother.

The time spent in the attic, in the sultry heat, made the body unrecognizable, so much so that at first it was thought that it was a homeless person who had found refuge in the building or even a thief. The mystery was solved when investigators found the key to the attic stuck in the lock; in his apartment, which the police entered with the same keys, they found his cell phone on the table: he had evidently gone up to the attic to get something but didn't make it in time: the heat, the high humidity and his precarious living conditions his health were fatal.
