A twenty-three-year-old identified by the agents of the Milan Flying Squad as responsible for a sexual assault committed against an eighteen-year-old last May 2023 outside a well-known Milanese nightclub was arrested and placed under house arrest.

The investigations by the Prosecutor's Office and the Mobile Police reconstructed that the victim had been in the club with her friends. Here she met a man who, taking advantage of the fact that she had been drinking, took her out and loaded her into his car.

The young man had hidden himself in a car park, forcing the victim to undergo sexual acts, leaving her on a bench outside the premises.
