A Carabiniere has been entered into the register of suspects of the Modena Prosecutor's Office in relation to the death of a 30-year-old Tunisian, Taissir Sakka , found dead on the morning of 15 October in a car park in Via dell'Abbate.

The soldier must answer for the charge of death as a consequence of another crime and of threats and injuries towards Sakka's brother. Another 5 carabinieri were also investigated on charges of injury, all of whom received warnings.

According to what has been reconstructed, the two brothers had been checked on Saturday evening after an argument in a club. What happened in the following hours is under investigation.

On Sunday morning it was the Modenese Army itself that issued a note informing of the death of the Tunisian: it was explained that in the morning, in the car park, the 118 staff had rescued a homeless man, "instead noting that he had died" .

And that «investigations aimed at reconstructing the exact dynamics of a possible accidental fall were underway. The previous evening, the person had been checked in a state of drunkenness in a place in the province", the note continues.

The autopsy was carried out in the morning by the medical examiner Alessandra Silvestri and will be carried out today.
