Edlaine Ferrera remains in prison, the 36-year-old woman of Brazilian origin, who confessed two days ago to killing her 37-year-old husband, Francesco Vetrioli, in Bussolengo (Verona) .

The investigating judge of Verona has in fact validated the arrest, contesting the woman with the accusation of aggravated murder.

Before the magistrate, Ferrera - assisted by the lawyer Veronica Villani - confirmed the statements already made to the carabinieri after the discovery of the crime.

To push her to kill Vetrioli, he explained, would have been the exasperation for the constant beatings and harassment and also for the continuous betrayals of him .

In particular, Ferrera would have found on her husband's phone the evidence of his adulterers, exchanges of messages with women and transsexuals . And when she asked him, he would attack her. But the quarrels between the two, as told by the woman to the investigators, were on the agenda.

For its part, the lawyer Villani is preparing to ask the Court to look for a protected community in which the woman can be hosted with the measure of house arrest.

Meanwhile, to clarify the exact dynamics of the crime, committed with hammer and knife blows , the Prosecutor is preparing to assign the coroner to carry out an autopsy on the body of the 37-year-old.
