The man who attacked doctors and nurses at the emergency room of Grassi in Ostia last night was arrested by the Carabinieri.

According to the reconstruction, the fifty-eight-year-old arrived drunk at the hospital to visit his hospitalized mother, but it was not during visiting hours. He then kicked and punched two doctors and three nurses. In the car, the Carabinieri of the Vitinia station also found and seized a switchblade.

We sincerely thank the five operators who, after what happened, remained in the hospital until the end of their shift, in addition to the Security and the Police who intervened promptly.
