She stabbed her husband ten times with a knife as he was beating her during an argument. Then she called 112.
It happened last night in via Ernesto Nathan, in the Magliana area of Rome. The police were on site. The man, a 52-year-old from Pescara, was taken to the hospital in red code.
The wife, who is the same age, told the officers that she had been a victim of her husband's violence for years. Her position is now being examined. The Flying Squad is investigating.
