Husband and wife found dead at home, suspected murder-suicide

The bodies of two elderly people, a man and a woman, were found in a home in Ronago, a hamlet of 1,600 inhabitants in the municipality of Uggiano, in the province of Como.

According to initial information, it appears to be a murder-suicide, but the Carabinieri, who are investigating the incident, are still conducting their investigations.

According to initial reports, the alarm was raised by the son of the man found dead with his second wife, a woman of foreign origin. Both husband and wife were over seventy years old.
