Tragedy in Torre Annunziata, in the province of Naples, where an 81-year-old man fired at the caregiver of his sister, a 67-year-old Ukrainian national. The victim died instantly.

Immediate intervention by the local carabinieri, who placed the man, a retired teacher with a regular firearm license, in custody.

The old man did not resist and will now have to be heard by the prosecutor on duty, who has arrived on the spot.
