The results of the autopsy will shed light on the causes of the death of a 15-year-old Neapolitan boy, on which the Naples Public Prosecutor's Office is investigating, challenging a Chinese restaurateur and a general practitioner for the crime of manslaughter.

Press sources make it known.

The facts date back to 23 November last. According to what has been reconstructed, the young man felt ill after going to eat in a Japanese restaurant owned by one of the suspects. After consuming sushi with some friends, the 15-year-old began to suffer from symptoms of intoxication, apparently caused by the salmonella bacterium, and in particular intestinal disorders accompanied by fever. The doctor prescribed medications which also resulted in improvements.

Nonetheless, the boy died on 2 December.

On the occasion of Napoli-Atalanta a banner was displayed to commemorate his death. Now it's up to the investigators to try to shed light on what happened.
