Gunshots in the middle of the night in Venice, one dead

Gunshot murder during the night in Venice.

Around 2 am the shots were heard in a calla that connects the Guglie bridge to Campo San Geremia, the residents - alarmed - immediately called the emergency number 112.

The victim is a 25-year-old of Tunisian origin. The police have already arrested the alleged murderer, a 33-year-old Italian now under arrest as a crime suspect.

It is currently unclear what the motive was.
