Group sexual assault on a 13-year-old, three of them end up in prison

The three people investigated for sexual assault and drug transfer against a young girl were reached by a precautionary custody order in prison.

The investigations, followed by the Flying Squad and the Cerignola (Foggia) police station, made it possible to reconstruct what happened last October. A young adult, after meeting the 13-year-old on social media, invited her to a suburban area where there is a box and the gang rape allegedly took place there . After offering the victim drugs, the three boys would have forced her - with violence and threats - to undergo sexual intercourse, taking advantage of her condition of psychic and physical inferiority determined by her age, by the presence of three men, by the isolated position of the box and the state of impairment due to drug use.
