Alessandro Impagnatiello "wanted to get rid of Giulia Tramontano at all costs" , his 29-year-old partner 7 months pregnant, and he did so by "relenting" on the body with a knife, to then try to burn the body twice . But the man also showed up at the house of the other girl with whom he was having an affair (and who in recent months had also become pregnant, however deciding to terminate the pregnancy), but the latter - fortunately - did not opened the door.

"It was me, I stabbed her two or three times," confessed the 30-year-old barman in a luxury hotel in Milan , already the father of a child from another relationship, after his arrest in Senago , in the hinterland of the Lombard capital, where he lived with the victim.

And it was he, on Sunday, who reported the disappearance of Tramontano, a real estate agent originally from Campania.

After collapsing, in front of the carabinieri of the investigative unit and the Rho Company and the magistrates Letizia Mannella and Alessia Menegazzo, the 30-year-old had the body found: he had thrown it in a cavity, inside a box area for car not far from his home.

Precisely the magistrates, in the press conference to take stock of the matter, advised women at the center of "difficult" relationships or targets of threats: "When they ask you for a 'last meeting', don't go".

As reconstructed in the investigations, also thanks to the testimony of the other woman, a young Englishwoman, around 5pm on Saturday she and Giulia had met for the first time in a bar. For weeks both had suspicions about a parallel life of Impagnetiello.

The 23-year-old Englishwoman said that when that clarifying meeting took place on Saturday afternoon, there was a form of "solidarity", because they discussed the "mistreatment" and "lies" that the 30-year-old allegedly told both of them . So much so that the 23-year-old had told Giulia: "If you have problems when you come home, come and stay with me".

Instead, she returned to Senago, where Impagnatiello killed her, hitting her with a kitchen knife. And when the English girl had written a message to Giulia, now killed, to find out how she was, the man took his partner's phone and answered her, pretending to be the victim: "I lied to you, leave me alone". Yet another lie.

After the arrest, the prosecutors asked that Impagnatiello remain in prison for voluntary homicide also aggravated by premeditation, concealment of a body and forced termination of pregnancy.
