Giacomo Bozzoli's destinies were divided between his partner and his son. The two have returned to Brescia from Spain, while the escape of the 39-year-old fugitive continues - now solitary - on Monday after his final life sentence for the murder of his uncle Mario, who was thrown into an oven.

These are crucial hours for research. Bozzoli's document appears to have been registered in a hotel in Spain, in Marbella, from 20 to 30 June. According to investigative sources he was with his partner and son. On July 1st, however, in another hotel in the same location, only her passport was registered. The hypothesis is that Bozzoli, after learning of the final life sentence, decided to continue his escape elsewhere.

The hypothesis therefore takes shape of a sensational misdirection carried out on the morning of 24 June when between 5.51 and 6.03 the Maserati Levante registered to Bozzoli was registered by license plate readers between Manerba del Garda and Desenzano, in the province of Brescia. Who was behind the wheel of the car? It is a question that investigators are trying to answer, who are currently focused on the movements of the man from Brescia, who therefore left Italy 10 days before the final sentence.
