Gas Station Attendant Killed During Robbery: 18-Year-Old Arrested

The perpetrator of the murder of a petrol station attendant which occurred a few days ago during a robbery at a petrol station in Tor San Lorenzo , near Rome, has been arrested by the Carabinieri.
This is an 18-year-old from the area, already known to the police . The Carabinieri of the Investigative Nucleus of the Frascati Group and the Anzio Company have placed him under arrest on suspicion of crime issued by the Velletri Prosecutor's Office.
During the interrogation, which took place in the presence of the public prosecutor, the young man confessed his responsibilities and also led the investigators to a wood, where he had hidden the murder weapon - a folding knife with a 16-centimeter blade that showed traces of blood - the helmet and some clothes he was wearing at the time of the murder.
The 18-year-old is now in Velletri prison at the disposal of the judicial authorities.
