The death of a 73-year-old suffering from Alzheimer's who had gone away from the Gemelli Hospital in Rome several days ago ended dramatically. The mobilization had been huge and numerous appeals launched by the family on TV and on social networks.

Giovanni Manna's body was found in the Insugherata park.

On November 16, he was taken to the emergency room by ambulance for some checks. Around 9.45 pm he spoke to relatives on the phone and while the conversation was in progress the line was interrupted, from that moment on the cell phone was always unreachable.

The alarm went off immediately, many people reached the hospital area to look for him, unfortunately without success.

The son's anger was great: "I begged to control him because because of his illness he tends to want to escape". Unfortunately, the hypothesized escape then actually took place.
