A huge fire in the Tamburvoice music school in Alexandria resulted in the death of a 55-year-old. Monica Prendin, singer, cellist and keyboardist, was killed in the stake. Another musician suffered severe burns in an attempt to save her.

The alarm was triggered when a young student saw flames and smoke coming out of the rooms on the second floor of the building in via Arnaldo da Brescia. The firefighters and rescuers arrived on the spot. Unfortunately for the woman, who was the founder of the school, there was nothing to be done.

The causes of what happened are under reconstruction, work was carried out for the whole day yesterday to reclaim and secure the building. The fire went all the way to the roof, which collapsed.

"Finding a reason is impossible. Monica plays among the angels with your dad. And throws an eye down every now and then", is the post on Facebook written by her husband.
