The story of the perfume stolen by Piero Fassino from the Duty Free in Terminal 1 of Fiumicino airport could end today.
The investigating judge of Civitavecchia, according to what Repubblica writes, will decide whether or not to accept the proposal of the lawyer of the PD deputy to extinguish the crime of attempted theft with a financial compensation of 500 euros.
The request by the lawyer Fulvio Gianaria was presented after viewing the video which shows Fassino inside the Duty Free.
«Faced with a video that is very ambiguous, where it seems that we are faced with an oversight – the lawyer Gianaria tells Repubblica – we have taken this path to avoid facing a trial and its media coverage».
