A real estate agent with a studio in via Montenapoleone, Milan, was arrested on charges of sexual assault for having drugged a young couple and abused the woman during an appointment to buy and sell a box.

The man, according to what is learned, would also have acted despite the appointment there was also the daughter of the two, a few months old.

The agent, a 48-year-old arrested by the Carabinieri of the Compagnia di Corsico, will have to answer for the crimes of aggravated sexual violence, kidnapping and aggravated personal injury.

THE INVESTIGATIONS - The investigation was initiated by the complaint presented to the carabinieri last October 4 by the young couple. The two reported to the military that on the morning of October 2, after having consumed a drink during a business appointment with the real estate agent, aimed at buying and selling a box, they had accused an illness with a strong state of psycho-physical alteration. . On the occasion, the couple had brought their daughter of a few months to this business appointment.

The house search carried out, after a few days, in the suspect's home, made it possible to find traces of the drug "Lormetazepam", an anxiolytic drug belonging to the benzodiazepine family, with which the couple had been narcotized. The further investigative investigations, carried out with the support of the Milan Investigative Unit, made it possible to ascertain that the 48-year-old, during the business meeting, had managed to insert a high dose of benzodiazepines into the glasses of the victims, using a syringe. , such as to cause poisoning.

The investigations were also carried out through the analysis of telephone records, numerous testimonies collected, images extrapolated from video surveillance systems as well as computer checks carried out on various electronic devices used by the suspect.

Already in 2008, the man had been convicted of the crime of sexual violence, committed in the province of Monza and Brianza, with a similar modus operandi. Further investigations by the military are now underway to identify any other women who, in the past, may have suffered similar sexual abuse by the real estate agent.
