New developments in the investigation into what happened to Hasib Omerovic , the 36-year-old deaf-mute hospitalized in serious condition in hospital after falling from a window , from a height of about 8 meters, which took place - this is the family's complaint - during an inspection of the Police in his home .
According to what filters on the first investigations ordered by the Rome Public Prosecutor's Office - which opened a file on the matter - the agents who intervened in the man's house had no search warrant signed by the prosecutors.
