The prosecutor Lorenzo Francia, at the end of the trial, had asked for 6 years of imprisonment for the engineer Ivo Carloni, 5 years for the two civil engineering officers, Valerio Lucarelli and Giovanni Conti, the acquittal for Pirozzi and for the engineer civil, Chess. Salvatore, on the other hand, was acquitted for the death of the accused.
