This morning the woman participated in the hearing set by the investigating judge Fabrizio Filice to appoint the experts to investigate the bottle, a bottle of water and a bottle of "En" found in the house near the little girl's body.

Alessia “has moments of despair - continues the lawyer -, when she reads the newspapers and finds some key words that put her in difficulty, she bursts into tears. She does not speak of a mother who has lost interest, she always asks for Diana and speaks of her as a gift from God ”.

The two defendants this morning renewed their request to the judge, already rejected in August, to have one of the professors appointed by the defense to draft a neuroscientific and psychiatric consultation on the 37-year-old into prison.

“The entrance of our consultants - underlined D'Auria - must only photograph his mental state. We are interested in knowing what happened in this woman's head , and not ascertain her ability to understand and want, nor is there any intention, as the Prosecutor's Office interpreted, to have her treated ”.
