The charges against entrepreneur Maria Rosaria Boccia, who was heard today for over four hours by the magistrates of the Rome Public Prosecutor's Office, have changed.
The prosecutors have requalified the crime of violence or threats to a political body (former Minister of Culture Gennaro Sangiuliano) as stalking. The crime of injury remains , to which are added the accusations of illicit interference in private life and defamation. False statements in the curriculum vitae drawn up for the organization of events are also contested.
