The woman who owns the car who ran over the kindergarten fence, killing a 4-year-old child and injuring five, is being investigated for road murder .

The Flying Squad and the L'Aquila Prosecutor's Office aim to clarify the dynamics of the events and the responsibilities, listening to the witnesses and carrying out unrepeatable examinations on the woman under investigation, she too felt and appeared very tried by the tragedy .

According to what has been learned, the woman, the mother of two twins who was going to take back to the kindergarten, would have parked the Passat, leaving inside her eldest son, aged about ten. So far the dynamics seem to be clear: the investigations and technical examinations aim in particular to establish whether the car - now under seizure - was unleashed due to technical defects or whether it was the minor .

The tragedy took place at the “ Pile - Primo Maggio ” kindergarten: six children were stuck between the car engine and the gate. One of them, Tommaso, died on the way between school and hospital.
