Car against a plane tree: three very young people die, one seriously injured

Dramatic road accident just before midnight in Friuli, along the provincial road 27 in Grignano Polesine (Rovigo).

A car crashed into a plane tree, four young people were on board: three of them died, the fourth was seriously injured.

To notice the accident and to sound the alarm, calling 115, was a passing firefighter, who noticed the parking lights of the car that had ended up against the tree.

In addition to the rescuers, the traffic police are also on site for the relevant findings. The fire brigade arrived with three teams and, with shears, retractors and hydraulic jacks, they cut the roof of the car and extracted the four young people.

The Ford Ka went off the road on its own. The victims are two minors and a young man who had recently turned 18. They died instantly.
