She was found dead at dawn at her partner's house , a small apartment in a relais in Giustiniana in the northern quadrant of Rome. When help arrived for Camilla Sanvoisin, the twenty-five year old daughter of television producer Axel Egon, there was nothing more that could be done .

It was her 35-year-old boyfriend who raised the alarm, explaining that he had woken up and found her unconscious . The man, already arrested for possession of drugs, is now also being investigated for death resulting from another crime .

The 35-year-old allegedly told the police that they had consumed heroin together before going to sleep and that, upon waking up, he noticed that Camilla was sick and immobile. No signs of violence were found on the girl's body. The body was made available to the judicial authorities for examination.

The current hypothesis is that of an overdose or in any case an illness linked to drug use , but we are awaiting the results of the autopsy which will clarify the exact causes of the girl's death.

The autopsy could also establish whether the girl could have been saved if she had been rescued in time . In the meantime, investigators are working to shed full light on the incident. In particular, they are trying to trace who sold the drugs to the couple of boys . The cell phones found in the apartment were seized and will be analyzed. Under the lens are the contacts had in the last hours of Camilla's life and that of her partner, on whom checks have been activated.

In the house, the agents of the Flaminio Nuovo police station also found doses of methadone in excess of the medical prescriptions. For this reason, the girl's partner was arrested for possession of narcotics . He was then also entered in the register of suspects with the charge of death as a consequence of another crime precisely in the context of the investigations into Camilla's death.
