Bombs, attacks and hatred towards Jews and Muslims: neo-Nazi network dismantled
An international network which in Italy led to the identification of two young people: Playstation games "training for killing people in real life"A network of supremacist and neo-Nazi internet users , active in at least six European countries including Italy, has been dismantled thanks to a vast international police operation.
On the chats, characterized by the use of area symbols including the swastika, the "skull mask" and the "black sun" , actual manuals for the attack and sabotage of critical infrastructures as well as manufacturing instructions were published of weapons , in particular explosives, Molotov cocktails and corrosive chemicals.
The investigation, which in Italy led to the identification of two very young people for whom the Juvenile Courts of Salerno and Turin ordered the precautionary measures of "staying at home", highlighted how the members of the network also made themselves available to commit crimes in the name of their professed ideologies and to attack Jews, Muslims and anyone considered of an "inferior race", cultivating a real "cult" towards supremacists who were responsible for serious terrorist attacks , such as the Utoya massacre (Norway) in 2011 and that of Christchurch (New Zealand) in 2019.
In the specific case of the young man identified in Piedmont, according to what we learn, while playing the Playstation he spoke to other online users, his alleged "comrades", stating that he was "training to kill people in real life" . Then, between games he read to the others a nursery rhyme in English about the number of Jewish children who could be burned . The young, unsuspecting student, based on the elements collected by the investigators of the Digos and the Turin postal police, is accused of having set up and directed a Telegram group, with a clear supremacist connotation, of explicit Nazi-fascist, racist, homophobic and anti-Semitic orientation. During searches of the two homes where the boy's separated parents live, replicas of airsoft weapons were also seized as well as a dagger imprinted with Nazi effigies and symbols.
