A twenty-year-old was arrested for raping a barmaid, threatening her with a gun, while she was opening her restaurant in Vimercate (Monza and Brianza) last July 13th.

The suspect - reports Corriere della Sera - is no stranger to problems with the law as he spent a period of time under house arrest as a minor, even if not for sexual crimes.

According to what has been reconstructed, the woman had been robbed of 70 euros by the young man who then abused her. She was then taken to the Mangiagalli clinic where, despite her fear and her condition, she was able to provide some details to the investigators who then analyzed the images of the security cameras in the area and conducted genetic investigations until they found the alleged attacker.
