Ambush at the gates of Rome, wounded father and 16-year-old son: the boy is very serious
Two people knocked on the door, the young man opened, shot in the head and chest
Shooting in Neptune, a town on the outskirts of Rome. A man and his 16-year-old son were shot by one or more people currently wanted.
The boy's condition was very serious, hit in the head and chest and transported to Gemini.
The police investigate the episode. On the basis of an initial reconstruction, shortly after 12 some unknown persons knocked on the door of the man, a convict, in an apartment in via Greccio. The 16-year-old son opened the door, immediately hit by gunshots, then the killers found and hit his father, a 46-year-old from Puglia under house arrest for extortion.
In recent days, just in Neptune there was an operation by the DDA of Rome which led to a series of arrests against members of 'Ndrangheta-style organizations.
