"I was in the corridor and I was going to the bathroom. I saw her turn red, then cyanotic. Water was coming out of her mouth, she couldn't breathe. I didn't even think about it, because she seemed on the verge of dying, I approached her and performed the maneuver, I learned it from my mother who is a nurse but I had never performed it in my life . Immediately after, other collaborators and some teachers arrived", the young man told Tirreno.

The janitor then entered the crying boy's classroom and hugged him.

"He is my angel," says the school assistant. "I was eating a very hard snack, with some peanuts inside, and I choked on something. It got stuck in my throat, I couldn't even speak or ask for help, I was choking. He came right over to me and saved me from death ."
