Starting today , Ita Airways will be selling tickets for flights in territorial continuity to and from Sardinia for the upcoming "Winter 2023/2024" season.

In the winter programming, the company explains that it has "taken into account the traffic needs that emerged during the summer season and, to anticipate the problems of peak traffic periods, immediately included additional frequencies in the operation between Cagliari and Rome Fiumicino and between Cagliari and Milan Linate».

Specifically, it has introduced an additional frequency on the Cagliari - Rome Fiumicino route in the months of December, January and March, guaranteeing 7 daily frequencies compared to the 6 envisaged by the Ministerial Decree; an additional frequency on the Cagliari - Milan Linate route for the entire winter period from November to March, operating 5 daily frequencies compared to the 4 of the Ministerial Decree.

Furthermore , the timetables of the Cagliari - Rome Fiumicino flight were revised, bringing forward to mid-day the one operated in the summer at 17:30 , to "meet the need to guarantee passengers a better timing of flights throughout the day and solve, at least partially , the concentrations of supply generated by the hourly structure of the Ministerial Decree».

Finally, Ita Airways adds that it confirms in this way «its attention to Sardinia and the mobility of its citizens, guaranteeing an increasingly targeted offer and ensuring connectivity with domestic, international and intercontinental destinations operated by Ita Airways and its partner carriers".
