The new work by Manu Invisible is called “Legends”, an evocative representation of “a legend of sport and life” like Gigi Riva created on the walls of a football pitch in a Quartucciu school.

A message for young people and for the community, to look to the future while maintaining the healthiest values of common life. It is an achievement that is part of the "Blu Arena", an area dedicated to sport within the "Ermanno Cortis" school in via Nievo.

This morning the inauguration in the presence, among others, of the mayor of Quartucciu, Pietro Pisu, of the president of the Domus De Luna foundation, Ugo Bressanello, and of the rossoblùs of the championship, Giuseppe Tomasini and Adriano Reginato.

The realization consists of a series of murals created by Manu Invisible together with the Cortis students as part of an artistic workshop that lasted two months.

"This space returns to young people and the community - said the mayor of Quartucciu - with the Domus De Luna association and the school we are planning to keep these spaces open all year round. It is important to give a message of hope ".

"This is the representation of a legend - underlines in his comment on the work Manu Invisible - so that the new generations can have a healthy, loyal and unstoppable model to follow. This is a common portrait of an ordinary man and his common desire to to create and build a more equitable society, where sport is synonymous with respect and being together. This is the portrait of Gigi Riva but in the spirit it is also that of Ermanno Cortis from whom this unforgettable institute takes its name ".

The school's students took part in the inauguration and performed with a drum concert followed by the Quartucciu band.
