“In my ropes”, a concert in Milan that goes beyond the illness

A one-of-a-kind musical event , in which the fight against the disease becomes a symphony of perseverance , a hymn to life that shows, once again, the power of art to touch lives and open eyes.
On the occasion of National Parkinson's Day , on Saturday 25 November at 6pm the “Giuseppe Verdi” Conservatory in Milan hosts the first concert of the Philharmonic Orchestra of the Grigioni Foundation entitled “Nelle mie corde”.
A concert that not only aims to excite, but represents an important step towards raising awareness of the most frequent neurodegenerative disease after Azheimer , and which involves three Sardinian artists .
Leading the Philharmonic Orchestra of the Grigioni Foundation, which was born from the collaboration between professional musicians with and without disabilities, will be Maestro Andrea Tusacciu, who has long lived with Parkinson's disease, demonstrating how, despite the disease, life can be lived fully. And then on stage the violinist Anna Tifu and the soprano Paoletta Marrocu .
«It is the first time that an initiative of this kind has been launched», explains Gianni Pezzoli, President of the Grigioni Foundation for Parkinson's Disease. «We were encouraged by Maestro Andrea Tusacciu who showed great enthusiasm, so much so that he totally involved us in an initiative of this nature. We can only hope that the program is "in everyone's heart" and that all our friends will come with us to applaud the artists in the conservatory."
THE PROGRAM – The first part will begin with Gabriel's oboe, a musical piece written by Ennio Morricone for the 1986 film “Mission”. It will then continue with some famous opera arias by G.Bizet (Habanera / Carmen) and G.Verdi (De' my boiling spirits / La Traviata; God of Judas! / Nabucco; Ah, the paternal hand and Piety, respect, love / Machbet; Ave Maria / Othello; Of jealous love scorned / Il Trovatore), performed by esteemed Italian opera singers among the such as the soprano Paoletta Marrocu, the tenor Giuseppe Talamo and the baritone Alberto Gazale.
In the second part it will be the moment of autumnal atmospheres and the intense emotional concentration of the two movements from the Oasis of melancholy by the Venetian violinist and composer V. Fael, followed by the famous Triple Concerto in C major for piano, violin and cello, op. 56 by LV Beethoven whose performance is entrusted to extraordinary musicians such as the violinist Anna Tifu, the cellist Enrico Dindo, and the Greek pianist Theodosia Ntokou.
