Ichnusa is in the field with Legambiente with new awareness initiatives against the abandonment of glass , relaunching its campaign "If it has to end like this, don't even drink from it" and proposing, for the second year, to be an active part in combating the phenomenon. The new campaign starts on the eve of the summer season,
The problem of abandonment is far from being solved: according to a recent AstraRicerche study conducted on behalf of the Ichnusa brewery, over 1 in 4 Italians (28%) confess to having abandoned, one or more times, glass bottles on the street or in the environment: 1 in 10 (13%) has done so in the last year.
"In Sardinia," we read in a press release, "the campaign will be visible on the territory with strategic posters at the main arrival points (the first are already present in the airports of Cagliari, Alghero and Olbia), and then will extend throughout the island. And, also this year, Ichnusa's appeal is followed by the commitment "on the field" of the people of the Brewery who throughout the summer will be engaged with Legambiente in days of collection of abandoned glass in symbolic places of Sardinia: Cagliari, Nuoro, Olbia, Sassari and Carloforte. This year, moreover, the message of respect for the environment promoted by Ichnusa will cross the borders of Sardinia for the first time, with stops also planned on the Peninsula, in Milan and Bologna."
