"As a consequence - continues the Police Headquarters - the victim was diagnosed with facial trauma with a prognosis of 10 days and the perpetrator, a 68-year-old, was referred to the Judicial Authority because he was responsible for the crimes of" Violence or threat against in charge of the control of the places where sporting events take place ".

Now, as mentioned, the Daspo was added to the complaint, or the ban from participating in sporting events, considering "the gravity and dangerousness of his conduct" and having failed, as a manager, in his role of "example of sportsmanship and good conduct ".
