Just two articles of the 2025 maneuver approved today by the Chamber. The goal is to get at least to article 6 where the amendment that allocates resources for the increase of the single fund of local authorities will be discussed. This morning the 3rd and 4th on education and agriculture were given the green light.

Article 3 provides for the allocation of 17 million to increase the regional fund for universities. Some amendments by the opposition to strengthen private schools were not accepted (the leader of the Reformers, Umberto Ticca, proposed the allocation of five million euros) and to promote learning of the English language starting from elementary school with a voucher of 800 euros per student (first signature by Paolo Truzzu of FdI). The majority has however assured its availability to deal with private schools in the next budget adjustment.

As for agriculture, the center-right denounced the lack of prospects and a project. Gigi Rubiu (FdI) spoke of a "lack of funds for rural roads", while Antonio Solinas of the PD said that "the time is ripe for a reform of the agencies and for the creation of a single agency for agriculture".

Among the corrections still to be discussed, the one by the Council that allocates 12 million to deal with Bluetongue.

The session was interrupted and work will resume at 4pm.
