The composer of the soundtrack of 'Twin Peaks' and 'Mulholland Drive', Angelo Badalamenti, has died at 85.
Of Sicilian origin – his father was from Cinisi, in the Palermo area – he was also a pianist and producer.
A Grammy and Emmy Award winner, he was best known for his collaboration with director David Lynch.
He lived in New Jersey.
