Debut with a bang for the first Italian stop of Eric Clapton 's world tour.

The English singer-guitarist last night performed in front of 10 thousand fans at the Unipol Arena in Bologna (it will be repeated tonight at 21 always in the Emilian capital, then the grand finale on Wednesday in Milan at the Assago forum).

The artist proposed all the classics of his repertoire. A musical journey through blues, Cream songs and super hits like Cocaine, Layla, After midnight, Wonderful Tonight.

On stage, together with the guitarist, an extraordinary band composed of Nathan East (bass), Paul Carrack and Chris Stainton (keyboards), Doyle Bramhall II (guitar), Sharon White and Katie Kissoon (backing vocals).

The concerts were scheduled for 2020, but have been postponed three times, again due to the pandemic.

The show scheduled for last May was canceled because the artist had contracted Covid.
