Sassari “enters” the championship with a dazzling 94-76 victory over Napoli, which thus remains last with zero points. A crushing victory born above all in defense: good in the first quarter, excellent in the third (27-7 partial), while in attack Fobbs (21 points) and Bendzius (18) were the spearheads. Great game by Halilovic who dominated in the area also with rebounds (9) and assists for his teammates (5). For Bibbins an encouraging performance in direction (9 assists) but in attack he is decidedly discouraged, even if in the final he managed to unlock himself.

The match report - Dinamo starts off well, defending and being very precise in attack (9/14 shooting from action), where Bendzius drags them up to +14. In the second half Napoli defends better, looking for doubles and contacts. The Sassari quintet struggles with the double play (Fobbs out, Tambone, who is not at his best, does not come in) and Copeland lights up and brings Napoli close: 28-23 at 13'. Cappelletti and the returning Fobbs reject it, who on the counterattack re-establishes the maximum distance: 42-28 at 16'.

In the third quarter, Banco dominates Napoli, who disappears, so much so that Makovic plays for a long time with the quintet of substitutions and despite this the gap reaches +32, with the spectators of the PalaSerradimigni enjoying themselves.

The last leg is just a workout.
