The most important match of the season is Sunday's game at the PalaSerradimigni, where Treviso arrives at 5:30 PM. Bottom of the league, the visiting team isn't giving up, and in the final round they secured a victory against Cremona, which has given them a chance to stay up.
Dinamo currently has a six-point lead; if they beat Treviso, they'll go eight points ahead, which would be a ten-point advantage given their two wins in the head-to-head matches. And with only six games left to play (four for Banco, who will have to rest), it's practically a done deal.
Coincidentally, the team's relegation rival is packed with former players: point guard Cappelletti, who opted to leave last summer, joining Trapani first; point guard Weber, who was instrumental in securing Serie A last season; and center Pellegrino, who had little playing time a few years ago. The fourth former player is Federico Pasquini, who in 14 years at Sassari served as general manager and for two and a half seasons as coach.
