Coach Markovic: «We have to keep focus on the match for 40 minutes»
The victory over Virtus Bologna gave a pinch of serenity to Dinamo, but now comes the decisive test : demonstrating at PalaTaliercio that they can play a great match even away from home, where so far the record is disastrous, just one success against nine defeats. Vice league leaders Venezia have been their historic opponents from 2019 to today, given the many encounters in the final stages of the Italian championship and cups.
Biancoblù coach Nenad Markovic explains: «Let's see if we can maintain focus for 40 minutes on those aspects that allowed us to beat Bologna, even away from home. The one against Venice is a great test."
Reyer has a very long staff which even features three former Dinamo players: point guard Spissu, winger Brooks and center Tessitori. First in rebounding, taking advantage of her size inside the area, Reyer defeated PalaSerradimigni 73-62 in the first leg in the match that marked the debut of the Bosnian coach.
