Dessena at Olbia until 2026: the club formalizes the extension of the contract with the former Cagliari player
Agreement reached with the midfielder for the renewal
Olbia and Daniele Dessena still together. Until June 30, 2026.
The Gallura club formalizes the extension of the relationship with the midfielder born in 1987 for another two seasons. Having arrived in Olbia in January this year on loan from Virtus Entella, the former Cagliari captain was bought out in the summer.
«The club announces that it has reached an agreement for the renewal of the contract of the footballer Daniele Dessena», reads the note issued by Olbia Calcio this evening. «Daniele signs a contract that will bind him to the Lighthouse Keepers until June 2026. The club wishes the player the best of luck».
The good news arrives on the day of the forced break due to the postponement of the match against Rimini, which was originally scheduled for today but has been postponed to 6 December due to the commitments of Nanni, Fabbri and Palmisani with their respective national teams. After this morning's session, Dessena and his teammates will return to training on Tuesday in view of the next round of the Serie C championship: the away match at Sestri Levante on Sunday 26 November.
