Del Piero-Juve, infinite love: in black and white his daughter Dorotea, will play in the under 17

Another son of art enters the Juventus family . And, this time, it is not in the first men's team, where in the summer there was the passing of the baton from Federico Chiesa to Khephren Thuram, with the Frenchman joining Timothy Weah. Now we are talking about the youth sector of Juve Women , where in fact the daughter of one of the flags of the Bianconeri's history has landed: Dorotea Del Piero is officially a new player of the Continassa club.
The girl is the second-born of “Pinturicchio” , as Gianni Agnelli nicknamed her, and was born two years after Tobias (born in 2007) and one before Sasha (born in 2010). Dorotea was born in 2009 and will begin training in the Under 17 Juve women's team, led by coach Luca Scarcella.
The ball never disappeared from Del Piero's house and the girl started chasing it on a green lawn already in America, in Team USA . And, as documented by mother Sonia, Dorotea has also already lifted a trophy at the Allianz Stadium: it was June 2022, her team triumphed in the Juventus Academy Football World Cup and the award ceremony took place right where father Alex said goodbye on May 13, 2012, amid the emotion of the fans. It was the last image of a very long love story that lasted 19 seasons and made eternal by a Primavera championship and a Viareggio Tournament in the youth teams, as well as six league titles, an Italian Cup, four Italian Super Cups and international trophies, from the 1995/1996 Champions League to the Intercontinental Cup, a UEFA Super Cup and an Intertoto Cup. And we must not forget the 2006/2007 Serie B championship, with Del Piero who did not abandon Juve despite the relegation by default following the Calciopoli investigation.
With the black and white jersey, Del Piero played 750 games (513 in the league) and scored 290 goals. And many black and white fans dream of his return to the club.
Now Dorotea will try to write another page in the history between Del Piero and Juve, while Tobias is trying his luck at Empoli Under 18 : who knows if in the future there won't be space in black and white for him too.
The news of the former captain's daughter wearing the Juventus jersey was greeted with happiness by fans, with dozens of enthusiastic comments on social media.
